New Build Dormer Bungalow, Willaston Nantwich

Building plot with a small bungalow on a large area. The client approached us regarding renovation and extension of the existing property. After ongoing consultations with ourselves and our architect the clients decided that a new build dormer bungalow would better suit their needs.
Demolition of the existing building followed by groundwork’s, drainage and foundations etc, while constantly informing the clients of the progress made and stages of the build. We advised the clients as and when required on a number of various decisions.
The end result is a stunning, luxurious dormer bungalow designed by ourselves but most importantly designed with our client’s vision of their dream home in mind.

Barn Conversion Audlem, Cheshire

For this particular barn conversion we were asked to project manage the conversion as the client wanted to be involved on a day to day basis. Although this is not an option for everyone it is a great way for the client to be involved with every aspect of the build and be on hand to make decisions quickly. Working closely with the local authority heritage team, as this was a listed building, and building regulations the run down barns were transformed into outstanding high spec living accommodation whilst keeping the original features of the barns.

Dear Jason,

Mum, Dad, Brian and myself cannot start to tell you how we feel about the wonderful dormer bungalow you have built for us, it is more than we could ever have dreamed of.

Since the start of our project in April 2009 you have been involved, working with us, our architect, and through the lengthy planning stage to build in August 2009. We felt so comfortable with you at the start that we offered you the responsibility of project managing this build which was the best thing we could have done. Everything you have arranged has been on time, the contractors you have used, joiners, electricians, plumber, tiler and of course Ringo, have been excellent, and hence we have the perfect build finished in the the 6 month time plan you set from the beginning.

One reads all about 'self build' in the books, especially the book that we have all been reading (Dad mainly of course!) 'The Builders Bible' and they all say to really look hard and take your time when choosing which builder to go with. Review the quotes given but even more so, choose someone who you think could be your friend as you will be working with them for a long time and don't go with just the 'cheapest' quote. We certainly have found a friend in you, and we will so miss having you around, making all the teas and coffees for you all and the bacon and egg on toast on some Fridays as a special treat!!

We were all so appreciative of your clear communication skills, friendly approach and honesty, you have helped us so much with our self build project. We did have a few problems along the way that you helped us sort out, gas, electric cables, water and placating the neighbours, things we didn't even contemplate when building our bungalow. Your patience must have been tried at times with our endless requests but it never showed, thanks.

You have arranged everything for us from the demolition of the old bungalow on site, right through to the landscaping of the new build bungalow. you have been so well organised, people arriving on time, so clean and tidy during the work which is important especially down a small road like ours. Your negotiation skills with the local builders merchants and contractors have helped us keep our project within the estimated budget.

This quality is a tribute to your craftsmanship, and we will highly recommend you to anyone as a quality builder who takes such pride in his work. Please feel free to invite any future clients to view our wonderful new home.

Thank you Jason so much.

Dining Room Extension, Haslington, Cheshire

Kitchen Refurbishment, Shavington, Cheshire

Removed walls that separated attached outside w.c. to kitchen area. Form door and windows where required and install fantastic new kitchen. Great addition to a lovely home that the growing family can enjoy.

Home Extension, Wistaston, Crewe

Extension to rear of garage at ground floor to form a new utility area to gain space within the kitchen area. New first floor above garage and utility to form a fourth bedroom for the growing children.

First Floor Bedroom Extension Above Garage, Stapeley, Cheshire

This particular job was for a typical growing family. The ground floor of the property was a good proportion for the needs but first and second floor bedrooms were too small for their growing children. We were contracted to build a large bedroom above the garage so the children could have more room. Keeping the garage as usable space was a main priority so with this in mind we designed and built a bedroom above whilst keeping the whole floor space of the garage usable. A relatively inexpensive way of creating more upstairs space.
